ASU CARL R. RENG STUDENT CENTER

This new student center is a collaborative project with WTW Architects. It consists of the renovation and seismic retrofit of 128,000 gross square feet in a four-story structure with a 119,000-gross-square-foot new addition to total 247,000 gross square feet. The new structure is cast-in-place concrete columns, pan joist floors and shear walls. The construction cost was $30M. The building was complete in the Fall of 2006.
