As part of WDD Architects’ higher education and athletics portfolio, WDD led local design coordination, bidding, and contract administration for the $65 million renovation and expansion of Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. The comprehensive stadium project modernized the iconic home of Razorback football by integrating expanded seating capacity, premium luxury suites, upgraded fan concourses, and state-of-the-art venue technology.
The stadium improvements included upgrades to the press box, concessions, restrooms, walkways, athletic offices, and food service areas. The project also added seating and suites, a new stadium exterior, and a large-format scoreboard and video display, modernizing the facility and enhancing the game-day experience for Razorback fans.
