Brad Chilcote

Vice President

Brad Chilcote is a designer and project manager who specializes in academic building design. He has more than three decades of experience, including leading an internationally-acclaimed architectural lighting design firm before joining WDD Architects in 1996. Chilcote is a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council; member of the American Institute of Architects; Accredited Learning Environment Planner; and member of the International Association of Lighting Designers, Tau Sigma Delta and Alpha Rho Chi. Active in the Central Arkansas community, Chilcote is a graduate of Leadership Greater Little Rock and Leadership Arkansas; an Eagle Scout and Scoutmaster; and member of the local school PTA board. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Jay Clark

Vice President, BIM Studio Director, LEED Coordinator

Jay Clark has been a principal of WDD Architects since 2013, where he oversees design development, construction documents and construction coordination. He leads the Building Information Modeling Studio, which crafts digital representations of projects to ensure efficiency and design quality. As LEED coordinator, he works with clients to implement successful, sustainable energy efficiency practices. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Clark is a member of the American Institute of Architects and Alpha Rho Chi. He is a LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council and member of Alpha Rho Chi.

Joe Covey

Field Observation/Contract Administration

Joe has over 20 years of informal experience in construction – renovating and building houses, structures, and systems of all kinds. He is a trained communicator, having graduated in 2012 with a Master’s Degree in Modern Language. He worked as an educator and administrator at the University of Arkansas until deciding to change careers in 2021. As a contract administrator for WDD, he keeps a pulse on projects for the owner and the architect. He is passionate about seeing a building go from concept to creation. Throughout his career and extensive time abroad, he has fostered a keen sensibility to people and process.

Dustin Davis

Project Architect, LEED Fellow

Dustin Davis joined the WDD team in 2020, bringing a wealth of architectural and sustainable design knowledge, as he is one of only four LEED Fellows in Arkansas, and the only one that is a licensed architect. His architectural background is primarily in the fields of corporate architecture and educational facilities. He is a graduate of the Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design at the University of Arkansas, with accreditation in LEED Building Design and Construction.

Nancy Davis

Business Manager

As office manager, Nancy Davis is the glue that holds together a professional organization that spans two locations with dozens of employees. For 12 years, she has overseen the company’s accounting and human resources functions and helped to coordinate meetings, events and business strategies.

Gordon Duckworth

Specifications Writer

Gordon Duckworth has more than 35 years of experience in programming; design; production; bidding and negotiations; project quality control; materials research; technical specification writing; and contract management. He has been with WDD Architects for 30 years. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects, where he won the Arkansas chapter’s award for member of the year in 2005 and was the recipient of a lighting design award from the Illuminating Engineers Society. A University of Arkansas graduate, Duckworth serves on the school’s Architecture Advisory Board.

David Dyer

Information Technology

With 54 years of experience, David Dyer has witnessed first-hand the industry’s transformation from drafting table to desktop computer to smart devices professionals can take anywhere. Dyer built one of the firm’s first computers for Computer-Aided Design and since then has handled WDD Architects’ IT needs. He earned architecture degrees from the University of Arkansas in 1965.

John Kennedy

Architectural Designer

John Kennedy is a new architectural designer that just recently graduated with a Bachelors of Architecture from the Fay Jones School of Architecture and design. Raised in Little Rock, Arkansas, John interned with WDD in the summer of 2023 and joined the central Arkansas team after graduation in 2024.

Bob Kilpatrick

Graphic Design, Marketing

Bob Kilpatrick joined the WDD team in 2022 after graduating from the University of Central Arkansas with a BFA in Graphic Design. He has a love for all things design and uses that love to promote the firm through art, graphic design and strategic planning.

Dustin Langford

Landscape Architecture/Contract Administration

Dustin started with the firm in 2025 and has a diverse background in design, construction, project management, and business. He is passionate about contract administration and owner/architect/contractor relationships. He holds a Bachelors in Landscape Architecture from the University of Arkansas. Dustin worked professionally in Mississippi before moving back to his native Arkansas to continue his career.

Colby Leding

Project Architect

Colby joined the WDD team in 2022 as an intern architect. He is now a licensed architect. He is a talented asset to our Northwest Arkansas team, working on all building types, from commercial office to education. Colby brings seven prior years of experience to WDD along with a talented eye for design.

Nate Martin

Principal, Project Architect

Before joining WDD Architects in 2016, Nathaniel Martin earned his master’s degree in architecture from the University of Colorado-Denver. Today, he focuses his architectural expertise on elementary and secondary education facilities; civic and government buildings; and commercial designs. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and serves as a volunteer with the CPR Chess Club in Little Rock. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Maryland. Nate joined the WDD Partnership in 2024.

Phillip Morgan

Architectural Designer

Joining WDD – NWA in 2024, Phillip brings 10 years of Architecture and Construction experience. Working as a bid coordinator and junior estimator for a general contractor, and as an Architectural Designer; he has gained experience managing on a wide array of project types ranging from retail to government and medical facilities. He holds a Masters in Architecture from Arizona State University and a BS in Architectural Studies from the University of Arkansas.

Steve Moss

Project Architect

With nearly four decades of experience, Steve Moss has focused on health care, multifamily and educational building design for the last 25 years at WDD Architects. He currently manages design, construction documents and construction administration. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and member of the American Institute of Architects, National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and AIA Academy of Architecture for Health. He is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Little Rock and current board member of the Vera Lloyd Presbyterian Home, where he has served as chairman.

Abbey Redmon

Senior Interior Designer

Abbey joined WDD in 2022 with 4 years of diverse experience in award – winning residential and commercial luxury design. She leads the interior design team, working collaboratively with both the architectural & interior design studio. With a diverse experience in award – winning commercial and luxury residential design, Abbey uses her strong creative skillset, great communication and client relationship experience to oversee the design direction of interior design projects within the firm.

Brian Self

Project Manager

With his strong background in lighting design, interior design and architecture Brian Self is able to provide the knowledge and ability needed for every aspect of a project. At WDD Architects, he has been involved in several projects related to interior design and drafting, specializing in cohesive building environments and interior finishes. He has an interior design degree from the University of Central Arkansas. He is an allied member of the American Society of Interior Designers and associate member of the American Institute of Architects.

Wallie Sprick

Executive Vice President, COO

A professional architect since 1984, Wallie Sprick was named Chief Operating Officer for WDD Architects in 2012. He oversees day-to-day operations and, as director of production, schedules the production staff, coordinates project milestones and implements our Quality Control Plan. He has also served as principal architect on numerous key projects for the firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He serves as chairman of the building committee of the Diocese of Little Rock and was a board member of the Greater Little Rock Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas.

Caleb Tyson

Principal, Project Architect

Caleb Tyson influences the design phase of every project with hand drawings based on research of building sites to intricately detailed computer models and renderings. He has been involved in numerous projects for WDD Architects as both a designer and project architect. He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and member of the American Institute of Architects. Caleb joined the WDD Partnership in 2024.

JoAnn White

Contract Administrator

As contract administrator, JoAnn White ensures WDD Architects; its engineering and construction partners; and its clients are involved and informed throughout the construction process. She has 26 years of experience in contract administration and is a certified Construction Industry Technician. She is the former Woman in Construction Person of the Year, Rookie Woman in Construction Person of the Year and president of the board of National Women in Construction.

Glen Woodruff

NWA Manager, Vice president, Director of Business Development

A partner since 2016, Glen Woodruff guides all marketing and business development efforts for our firm. He helped open our Fayetteville office in 1991 before leaving to teach architecture at the U of A School of Architecture and work in both the domestic and international mission fields, including serving as CEO of Engineering Ministries International in India. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas and a master’s degree from Washington University in St. Louis. He has earned an American Institute of Architects Arkansas Chapter Award of Excellence. He is a founding member of studioMAIN, a local nonprofit focused on encouraging innovative design; executive director of the Little Rock Main Street Revitalization Committee; chairman of the Center for International Design and Development; and board member of Acts4Rwanda. He is an alumnus of the Arkansas State Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Arkansas program.

Chad Young

President, Director of Design

Chad Young is the president and CEO for WDD Architects, and has served as director of design since he was named principal in 2002. He was elected President and CEO in 2019 to become the firm’s sixth chief executive in our 100 year history. A 25-year veteran of our firm, he is responsible for the design of signature projects for Arkansas’s most recognizable corporations, financial institutions, municipalities, and higher education institutions. Young has his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arkansas School of Architecture. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and LEED Accredited Professional by the U.S. Green Building Council. His community involvement includes serving on the boards of the Downtown Little Rock Partnership, Little Rock Air Force Base Community Council, Cabot Panther Foundation, Cabot Planning Commission, Jacksonville Rotary, and the U of A Fay Jones School of Architecture + Design Dean’s Circle. He is an alumnus of Leadership Greater Little Rock.

Megan Zinno

Interior Designer

Megan Dykema first joined WDD as an interior design intern while studying at the University of Central Arkansas. Her talent and capability lead to her being brought onto our team in 2019, helping our interior design department grow and better serve both our interiors and overall architectural design capabilities. Megan’s creative talent is utilized in a wide variety of sectors we serve, from coordinating furniture and finishes in office remodels, to ground-up new construction of medical facilities.
