The CGI office is an 8000 square foot office facility designed with the intention of creating an open office environment with flexible furniture wall systems. The office facility also contains a two-story entry lobby, 100-person multipurpose training room, 16-person board room, and break room. The executive suite includes a private garage, bathroom, and break room with a separate entry. Bathroom amenities include white tile lined walls, fully enclosed private stalls, and upscale toilet fixtures.
The client requested a modern office space that incorporated bountiful natural light and upscale amenities.
