The commons addition is a 3 story, 19,143 square foot update to the Country Club of Little Rock.
The renovation of the previously existing lower level of country club consists of the following:
Renovating the men’s restroom & locker room with new Sauna & Steam rooms, and a golf shoe cleaning suite. Revitalization of the existing Men’s private dining, mix dinning, & kitchen with new pizza oven & bar, also includes a small Private Dining Room & Ladies card room. Renovation of a new Ladies’ restroom & locker room suite, with new Sauna and Steam rooms. A new covered terrace off the existing banquet rooms overlooking the golf course.
The New 3 story addition consist of the following:
Kids Club & Activity rooms, a new central Laundry and Storage at lower level. At the main level a new entry lobby space was added with monumental stair, a smoothie bar, bakery kitchen, and grill to provide pool side services. As well as new Pool restrooms and an open-air bar with stunning views of the pool area & golf course. The 3rd level consists of a new Fitness facility w/ open floor plan for weights, cardio, and strength training machines with vaulted ceilings and exposed natural wood trusses. It also consists of multiple break out rooms for spin & yoga classes with an accessible open-air balcony for cool down and meditation.
