The Commons Addition transformed and expanded the Country Club of Little Rock with new wellness, dining, recreation, and family-focused amenities. The 19,143-square-foot project combines renovation of existing clubhouse spaces with a three-story addition designed to enhance the member experience. New fitness, dining, social, and outdoor gathering spaces create a modern destination that supports recreation, wellness, and community engagement throughout the club.
The project included renovated men’s and women’s locker rooms with new sauna and steam rooms, upgraded dining venues, private gathering spaces, and a covered terrace overlooking the golf course. The three-story addition introduced a new fitness center with vaulted ceilings and exposed wood trusses, dedicated yoga and spin studios, a Kids Club, expanded pool amenities, and multiple indoor and outdoor social spaces. Together, the renovations and addition provide club members with modern amenities while preserving the character and traditions of the Country Club of Little Rock.
