WDD Architects collaborated with Arkansas State University on the design of the Red Wolf Den Apartments in Jonesboro. Developed through a stakeholder-driven planning process, the 70,000 SF student housing complex provides two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments along with outdoor community spaces that support student interaction and campus life.
The Red Wolf Den Apartments reflect WDD’s experience in higher education and student housing architecture, balancing residential comfort, community and long-term operating considerations. The apartment buildings use a north-south orientation and other green design principles intended to help reduce long-term maintenance and utility costs, while outdoor community spaces provide areas for students to gather and connect.
