WDD Architects designed Rainwater Flats in downtown Little Rock, bringing residential architecture to an urban setting near the River Market District. The three-story development includes 20 residential units, with a mix of apartments and condominiums, along with secure parking and convenient access to downtown.
Rainwater Flats was designed for urban residential living, with open floor plans, abundant natural light and private outdoor spaces in select residences. High ceilings and large windows give the interiors a spacious feel, while gated parking and a central downtown location support the needs of residents living in the heart of Little Rock.
