Located in the heart of Little Rock’s River Market District, First Security Center is a 14-story mixed-use development designed by WDD Architects. The building brings together banking, hotel, office and residential uses within a single downtown development. WDD’s design responds to the surrounding urban context while creating a prominent addition to the Little Rock skyline.
The exterior draws inspiration from the historic warehouse character of the River Market District through brick masonry, cast stone and a strong pattern of windows and structural bays. At street level, canopies and pedestrian-scaled details connect the development to the surrounding downtown environment, while the tower establishes a distinctive presence on the Little Rock skyline.
