First Security Center stands as a landmark 14-story mixed-use high-rise engineered by WDD Architects in the heart of downtown Little Rock. Combining financial, corporate, hospitality, and residential programs, the tower showcases WDD’s expertise in high-density urban design—creating a vibrant multi-use landmark that enriches the River Market District and transforms the city skyline.

Design Features

The exterior draws inspiration from the historic warehouse character of the River Market District through brick masonry, cast stone and a strong pattern of windows and structural bays. At street level, canopies and pedestrian-scaled details connect the development to the surrounding downtown environment, while the tower establishes a distinctive presence on the Little Rock skyline.
