Located in the heart of Little Rock’s River Market District, the 14-story First Security Center houses a bank branch, hotel, offices and condominiums. This mixed-use structure of brick masonry veneer and cast stone is reminiscent of the warehouses that populated the district in the 1920s. The canopies are similar to early 20th Century marquees, but with modern elements. The glass is clear on the first level and tinted light green at upper levels. Mullions are painted at street level and clear anodized aluminum on upper floors. Horizontal window bays keep the unique warehouse look.
