The Hendrix Black Box addition to the Mills Center is designed for a thrust stage and has a roundtable built-in. This design maximizes the intimate setting desired by the fine arts department. The theater was designed to accommodate primarily music and small theatrical performances. A shop area and generous storage space are adjacent to the auditorium and accessible to the backstage area.
