The Rox School Renovation

A 19th-century structure that first served as a school was later repurposed, then renovated into a family residence. The original Italianate structure’s pitched roof was restored to its original height, new cast-stone columns were erected and a four-car garage and swimming pool were added. The structure features tall windows, wood brackets, and beautiful stone exterior. The Edwardian-style interior features wood paneling and trim, wood and tile floors and period-style light fixtures.
