Client: Little Rock Technology Park Authority
Location: Little Rock, Arkansas
Size: 42,000 SF
Project Type: Corporate / Technology / Adaptive Reuse
Services: Architecture, Interior Design, Planning

WDD Architects transformed two historic buildings on Main Street in downtown Little Rock into the Little Rock Technology Park, an innovation hub designed to support entrepreneurs, startups and technology companies.

The adaptive reuse project connects the existing buildings to create a cohesive workplace with flexible offices, coworking areas, meeting spaces and shared amenities that encourage collaboration and support Little Rock’s technology community.

The design preserves the character of the existing buildings while introducing a contemporary workplace environment. Original brick, exposed structure and other historic elements are paired with glass, modern finishes and flexible workspaces, creating a deliberate contrast between old and new.

Open coworking areas, private offices, conference rooms and informal gathering spaces provide a variety of work settings while encouraging interaction and collaboration among tenants.
