The LEED Silver Certified Little Rock Air Force Base Security Forces Operations Facility houses the emergency operations center for the base in Jacksonville. The building includes three training rooms, offices, interview rooms, armory, guardmount area, lockers and supply storage. A nine-cell confinement area has a separate entrance and includes three dayrooms, as well as intake and visitation rooms. Additional offices and training rooms are located on the second floor.
