Recycled and low-emitting materials, as well as construction waste management and other practices make the building a model of sustainability. The structure offers National Guard recruits the opportunity to complete their GED requirements. It includes 12 barracks, 11 classrooms, dining/kitchen areas and administrative and teacher prep spaces.
