Little Rock Tech Park

Partnering with another firm, WD&D Architects engaged in a comprehensive planning study to devise a technology park to attract tech companies and startups while respecting the historical character of Main Street in downtown Little Rock. The plan calls for more than 600,000 square feet of office, lab and research space on adjacent city blocks to create a cutting-edge and innovative landmark and magnet for entrepreneurs. During Phase 1, two historic office buildings were renovated and connected to become flexible space for entrepreneurs, start-up businesses and research companies. The buildings feature 76 private suites and 75 open co-working spaces, a coffee shop, conference room and common events space.
