Designed by WDD Architects, the 42,000 SF Little Rock Technology Park brings new life to two historic buildings along Main Street in downtown Little Rock. WDD connected and renovated the buildings to create a flexible technology center with office suites, coworking areas, conference rooms and collaborative event spaces. The facility provides room for startups and growing technology companies while supporting continued development in downtown Little Rock.
The design preserves the character of the existing buildings while introducing a contemporary workplace environment. Original brick, exposed structure and other historic elements are paired with glass, modern finishes and flexible workspaces, creating a deliberate contrast between old and new. Open coworking areas, private offices, conference rooms and informal gathering spaces provide a variety of work settings while encouraging interaction and collaboration among tenants.
